The present writ application has been filed for the following relief(s):- (i) For direction to respondents authority to provide protection to the petitioner from respondent No. 8 and 9 who are trying to usurp the Raiti land of petitioner by creating the fake Jamabandi of the petitioner land (Survey Khata No. 66, P.S.

Janipur, Khata No. 53, 34, 75,74, 60,69,43, Khesra No.

101,103,107,109,38,452,515, 512,513,422, 530,496, 167, 386,531, 80, 198, 352,490, 479, 147, 527, 119, 120, 533, 283,50,53 total area 7 Acre 90.5 decimal in the help of the Circle Officer.

(ii) For a direction to the respondents authority to not make any hindrance on the disputed plot which is under the possession of petitioner since 90 years on the basis of Rent Receipt and Jamabandi.

(iii) For direction to respondent State authority to take legal hard action against the private Respondents no. 8 and 9 who are creating hindrance on disputed plot without having an right, title and possession upon the disputed plot with the help of local bad elements.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be approaching the appropriate authority for the redressal of his grievance.
