Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is entitled to Rs. 4452948/- (Forty four lakhs fifty two thousand nine hundred forty eight) whereas the University has accepted the admissibility of Rs. 40,58, 730/-. The issue of accounting cannot be adjudicated in the present proceeding. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the University who shall provide details of calculation after hearing the petitioner.

Necessary decision in this regard may be taken by the University within a period of two months from the date of

Patna High Court CWJC No.24481 of 2019(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
