2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 170 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, a robbery was committed in Bandhan Bank in Vaishali district.

4. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation and materials have come to connect him with the crime. The petitioner is accused in 13 more cases which are of similar/serious nature. The petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. considering the seriousness of allegation and also considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner even though other coaccused have been granted bail considering their criminal antecedent/s.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

8. The District Judge, Vaishali and the District Judge, Muzaffarpur are directed to get the trial of all the cases registered against the petitioner tried and concluded at the earliest.

9. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur and the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali are directed to produce the witnesses regularly in the cases registered against the petitioner so that they can be concluded at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
