JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 Civil Review No. 134 of 2018 This civil review has been filed by the State of Bihar and others for review of the order of this court dated 08.11.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20581 of 2012 with respect to the order passed in favour of the petitioner no. 3, namely, Sri Rajendra Prasad Chaudhary.

2. At the very outset, it is pointed out by learned counsel for the respondents that the present review petition has been filed after an inordinate delay of about five and half years without any explanation for such delay.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not offered any satisfactory reason for such delay.

4. This Court is thus not inclined to entertain the review petition after lapse of about 5 1⁄2 years without adequate reason being assigned for the delay by the petitioner.

5. The review petition is accordingly dismissed.
