This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with madhubani Town P.S.Case no.232 of 2019 dated 29.6.2019 corresponding to CRI No.1184 of 2019 for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the FIR . The case is of theft of the motorcycle and later on he was arrested on the basis of the CCTV footage and from him master key was recovered and at his instance stolen motorcycles were recovered. Apart from that the petitioner is accused in nine other similar type of cases.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85011 of 2019(4) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 this case and after arrest, he has been made accused in other cases. He is in custody since 6.7.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail..

Having heard both sides and considering the allegation as well as antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of eight months and if not concluded, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
