Petitioner is accused in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 188 of 2019/G.O Case No. 1160 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.11.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd
