Patna High Court CWJC No.25090 of 2019(2) dt.04-01-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during pendency of the present petition, the respondents have installed and energied the electric connection. However, insofar as the dispute with respect to another electric connection in the name of the petitioner is concerned, the petitioner be permitted to agitate the issue before the appropriate authority in accordance with law.
Liberty as prayed for is granted.
Needless to add, as and when petitioner takes recourse to such remedies, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months, in accordance with law.
The present petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
