JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 2.2.2018, seeks bail in Bhore PS Case No. 204 of 2016 registered under Sections 419 and 420 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that the petitioner and his son promised to get son of the informant employed in Uzbekistan and sought 2,25,000/- and even after taking money his son was not sent. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been made accused for only being father of Akhilesh Pandit, money, as alleged by the informant, was transmitted in the account of his son Akhilesh, there was no transaction between the petitioner and the informant and he has also clean antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Fulpati Pandit is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM XII Gopalganj in connection with Bhore PS Case No. 204 of 2016.
