Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already filed representation before the Collector, Nawada which has not yet been disposed of, therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Collector to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. Having considered the submission, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Collector, Nawada to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of this order.
