The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Hilsa P. S. Case No. 492 of 2019 for offences under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. he submits that on account of love affairs, the victim girl has joined the wedlock with the brother of this petitioner. Considering the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail
