2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the State has preferred L.P.A bearing L.P.A. No.1451 of 2023 which has been allowed vide order dated 20.11.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and the said order has been passed against the petitioner. Therefore, this case has become infructuous for the present petitioner.
