The instant writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) Gratuity Amount (ii) Provident Fund Amount (iii) Dearness Allowance (iv) Earn Leave Amount (v) Medical Allowance (vi) Arrear of Vth Pay Scale (vii) Arrear of VIth Pay Scale (viii) Arrear of VIIth Pay Scale (ix) Benefits of A.C.P.

(x) Benefits of M.A.C.P (xi) Fixation of pension and arrear thereof (xii) Others dues with interest of 12%.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Nagar Parishad, Barh, wherein it has been stated that the retiral benefits admissible to the petitioner has already been paid to him.

4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be restored to the petitioner to file representation with regard to payment which, according to him, has not been made.

5. Accordingly, Nagar Parishad, Barh is directed to provide the calculation chart on the basis of which the retiral benefits are said to have been settled. Pursuant to the provision of such calculation chart, if the petitioner still finds himself aggrieved, he shall be at liberty to file a proper representation before the competent authority. The same shall be considered by the Executive Officer of the Nagar Parishad, Barh, by way of a reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

6. With the aforesaid observations, this writ application stands disposed of.
