JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2020 The short prayer of the petitioner in the present case is for correction of the name of the father of the petitioner in the original certificate pertaining to Madhyma examination held in the year 2000.

It is submitted that the petitioner has also deposited the requisite fees.

The learned counsel for the respondent Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board submits that in case appropriate cost and fee has been deposited with the Board, the necessary decision with regard to correction in the name of the father of the petitioner shall definitely be taken within a period of four weeks from today.

Patna High Court CWJC No.25518 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna by filing appropriate representation, bringing to his notice about passing of the present order, whereupon the learned Secretary shall take appropriate decision with regard to correction of the name of the father of the petitioner, as aforesaid, within a period of four weeks of receipt of such representation from the petitioner.
