JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 It is stated that the particulars of the respondents shown in the Writ Application wrongly contain the name of place as 'Nawada', the correct place where the authorities are stationed is 'Nalanda'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for making necessary corrections in the order dated 04.05.2018 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 1107 of 2018.

The correction shall also be read in the P.S. Case as 'Giriak P.S. Case No. 425/17, District Nalanda' and the surety bond shall be furnished to the satisfaction of the District

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30381 of 2018 (2) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 Magistrate, Nalanda.

Let the order dated 04.05.2018 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 1107 of 2018 be read with the aforesaid corrections and the authorities stationed at Nalanda would be obliged to comply with the order.
