In the present writ application, the following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner :

(1) That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs and order/orders in the nature of mandamus for directing and commanding the Respondents to pay the arrear of salary as difference of arrears of revised pay scale in terms of the U.G.C. to

Patna High Court CWJC No.10430 of 2018(2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 the petitioner for the period of 1986 to February, 2013, total amount of Rs.28,83,867/- (Twenty eight lacs eighty three thousand eight hundred and sixty seven) only with 12% interest and further for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 05.12.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.4573 of 2017. Said order is Annexure-5 to the present application.

The respondent No.6 is directed to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the case referred as above and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
