The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jhajha P.S.Case No. 327 of 2017 registered under Sections 201, 302, 363, 364 and 120B of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that informant's Fufa namely Binod Rai, one of the accused, has taken informant's sister along with his father, thereafter his father was found murdered and the sister was recovered at the Delhi Railway Station along with Binod Rai.

Submission is that only suspicion is raised against this petitioner as he is said to be friend of Binod Rai and except suspicion raised against this petitioner, there is no other materiel against him and has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30486 of 2018(3) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 the petitioner, namely, Binod Yadav, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S.
