JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail by order dated 05.02.2020 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

A joint affidavit has been filed on behalf of the parties. Same be kept on the record.

A joint prayer has been made that the matter has been resolved between the parties and they have arrived to one time settlement. Following are the terms of settlement : "4. That Agamkuan P.S. case No.942 of 2019 is now compromised and a compromise petition to the effect has already been filed

5. That petitioner has also already filed a divorce petition on mutual basis before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.

8. That the sister of the petitioner i.e. Smt. Nitu Singh will also file a withdrawal petition in Complaint case No.1203(c) of 2019 in which the family members of the informant are also accused on the next date fixed in the case which is pending in the Court of C.J.M., Patna."

Considering that the matter has already been resolved between the parties, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 05.02.2020 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Agamkuan P.S. case No.942 of 2019 pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Patna City.
