JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-10-2024 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice, issued by the Circle Officer, Dumra, District-Sitamarhi, in connection with Encroachment Case No.08 of 2023-24, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute and obtain stay order/injunction order in the title suit filed by him, bearing Title Suit No.675 of 2023, which is pending consideration before the learned Court of Munsif, Sitamarhi, however, seeks some protection during the interregnum period. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. It is needless to state that for a period of four
