The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 1692/2018 arising out Akhilpur (Akilpur) P.S Case No. 07/2018, registered for offence punishable under Section 30(A) of Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of five liter Mahua Country made liquor from Plastic gallon from the vehicle of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner he has falsely been made accused in this case and recovery is made from a passenger vehicle, which is evident from F.I.R itself and one of the passengers without information of the petitioner has loaded the said liquor and petitioner has no concern with the alleged

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 1692/2018 arising out Akhilpur (Akilpur) P.S Case No. 7/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
