That this writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ / writs, direction / directions, order/orders for setting aside the order dated 30.11.2022 passed by the Secretary, Rural Development Department, Bihar, Patna, whereby and whereunder order has been passed under the Bihar Service Code, 2005 under Rule 14(1) by which two punishment has been awarded to the petitioner firstly censure (Nindan) for the year 2021-22 and secondly one annual increment of the petitioner has been held up and/or for any other

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to challenge the aforesaid order dated 30.11.2022, passed by the Secretary, Rural Development Department, Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed before the appellate authority, within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits and disposed off, by passing of a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
