JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2018 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No. 291 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 376(D), 313, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

At the very outset, it has been submitted on behalf of the State that the petitioner has been shown absconder and charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of this case, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner rather he should surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail which would be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by order of this Court. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
