Petitioners along with so many persons named in the written report, in the background of quarrel having amongst the kids, raided house of the informant and began to assault. When wife as well as nephew of informant came in rescue, they were also assaulted. During course thereof, wife of informant was deprived of a golden chain while nephew of informant cash appertaining to Rs. 2000/-.

Apart from presence of counter case, injury report of respective injured have been brought on record through Annexure-3 which are as follows:- Udagar Paswan

1. Abrasion on left side of eye 1"x 1/4"x1/6"

2. M.I.A cut mark out left side of his fore-finger, Achal Paswan

1. Lacerated wound on middle of the head

A.I. of cut mark on left side of head All injuries are simple in nature coupled with as is evident from the order impugned, the case has been compromised amongst the parties and the cumulative effect did justify the petitioners to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer for bail whereupon, learned lower court will consider the same in light of the findings recorded hereinabove, favourably. In terms thereof, the instant petition stands disposed of.
