2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been extended the benefit of Section 41 of Cr.P.C. and as such, he requests for disposal of this anticipatory bail petition.

4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today and pray for bail. In case, petitioner surrender and file application for bail, the concerned Court will pass an order in the similar manner, as
