JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. For issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned order bearing letter no. 10 visa dated 03.12.2022 (Annexure-09) passed by Respondent No. 04 whereby and whereunder the service of the petitioner has been illegally terminated from the post of Anganbari Sevika of Haiyahi Panchayat Centre no. 93 in the District of Supaul.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5162 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/3 (ii) For quashing the Appellate order dated 10.10.2022 passed by the Respondent No.02 in Anganbari Service Appeal No. 25 of 2021 (Annexure-07) confirming the order dated 26.02.2021 (Annexure-07 series) of the Respondent no. 3.

(iii) For writ of Mandamus be issued and for direction upon the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on her post with all consequential benefits.

Further, any other writ/order/direction may be issued to the Respondents which the petitioner is entitled to in the given facts and circumstances of the case.

(iv) It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to re-instate the petitioner on the post of Anganbadi Sevika at the place of her earlier posting with all consequential benefits.

(v) It is further prayed that this Hon'ble court be pleased to hold and adjudicate that the petitioner's Madhyama Marks Sheet and verification report dated 15.07.2022 submitted by the Sanskrit Siksha Board is valid and genuine for all intents and purposes.

(vi) It is further stated that this Hon'ble

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
