JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Complaint Case No. 553 of 2016 corresponding to trial No. 1695/2018 for the offenses under Sections 302/34, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2018. He further submits that in the instant case a report was called for from the police and from perusal of the report of the police dated 03.07.2016, as contained in Annexure-2 it is evident that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any crime.
