Case No.99 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 347, 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 308 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., petitioner and other accused persons abused the father of the informant, assaulted him, snatched away golden chain from the informant and also assaulted his brother, wife and sister-in-law.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that so far as petitioner is concerned, the allegation of assault by rod against the petitioner to Atul Kumar whereas sharp cutting injury was found on the person of Atul Kumar. There is land and title dispute between the parties. Moreover, petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82721 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 Heard learned counsel for the informant and APP also, who have opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No.99 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
