The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "That the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of appropriate Mandamus or order/orders, command/commands writ in any the other nature an of writ/writs, direction/directions, for directing the respondents to make suitable award for the land of the petitioner which has been demarcated without notice appertaining to

Patna High Court CWJC No.1839 of 2024(2) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 Khata No. 24, Khesra No. 664, Thana No. 214, Area 11 Decimals, under N.H. 122b demarcated in Revenue Village Chandpur under Patori SubDivision, District-Samastipur."

3. Paragraph-7 of the counter-affidavit of the respondent Nos. 2, 3, 6 and 9 to 11 read as follows:- "7. That it is humbly stated and submitted that the petitioner has no title of the aforesaid land. The aforesaid land had been acquired by the Government from the original Raiyat/ Landlord (then) Sri Methur Choudhary, vide Case No. 27/64-65 under Mahnar- Mohiddin Nagar- Bachhwara Path Nirmaan Yojna and Methur Choudhary had been received compensation of the aforesaid land on 02.09.1971."

4. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.

6. The present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
