Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 149, 498A, 304B, 328, 120B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners, who are relations of the husband, is that they committed dowry death to the daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the husband is already in custody. The victim is traceless and in the past also she had left the house for which a criminal case was lodged. The victim had some affairs with someone else.

Considering the entire general and omnibus nature of allegation and the background of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) Police Station Case No.452 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
