2. The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 194 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of BNS.
3. The allegation is that the daughter of the petitioner married the lady and she was enticed into a relationship by Niraj Kumar. He took her to his house and the allegation is that his parents assaulted her. She was killed by Niraj Kumar (Petitioner).
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Police during investigation found that the lady had already been deserted by her husband and she seems to be in relationship with the petitioner. Out of her own free will, she committed suicide but the petitioner has been implicated because of the

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering that the lady committed suicide in her house and a number of witnesses has supported the false implication of the petitioner on account of illicit relationship with her, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 194 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure / Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.
8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not
