The petitioner has renewed his application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 333 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 30(a)(b)(c), 38(1) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. His application for grant of pre-arrest bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33399 of 2017.

No new ground has been advanced before this Court on the basis of which the application of the petitioner can be reconsidered. For the reasons assigned in the aforestated order dated
