Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhepura Complaint Case No.58 of 2017, registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
It is contended that the specific allegation is against the husband; whereas the petitioner are brothers and mother-inlaw and they are living separately from the husband of the complainant and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
