The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (Muffasil) P. S. Case No. 273 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is accused of inflicting the gun shot injury upon the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of false implication as the petitioner was deposing in the criminal proceedings arising out of his brother's murder at the hands of the prosecution party.

The learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. It is submitted that the petitioner has criminal history. The gun

Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Court is not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail. Prayer for bail stands rejected.
