The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No.883 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 365, 379, 504 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that while the informant Priyanshu Kumar was going to his house, in the way, 7 persons, named in the F.I.R., and 10-15 unknown forcibly carried him at the house Sachin (petitioner) and started to cause assault him. At that time, this petitioner and Abhishek Rana attacked at the informant through knife and this petitioner snatched the gold chain from the neck of the informant, whereas Abhishek Rana snatched his mobile phone and Paras took cash Rs.2000/- from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81941 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 his pocket.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that while there is allegation against this petitioner and Abhishek Rana is to attack at the informant through knife but the injuries of the informant are simple in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Town P.S.
