The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. 211C2 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 88.545 litres of illicit liquor from a house said to be in joint possession of the petitioner and his family members.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 21.11.2019.
