The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Keshariya P.S.Case No.552 of 2018 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Submission is that petitioner was never put on test identification parade nor anything was recovered from his possession.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82085 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sessions Trial No.602 of 2019 arising out of Keshariya P.S.Case No.552 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
