2. This application has been filed for quashing the FIR bearing Amnour P.S. Case No. 112 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 435, 504, 506, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The contention of the petitioners is that because of the filing of the Title Suit No. 13 of 2016 by the petitioner no. 1, the opposite party no. 02 has filed three cases against the petitioners.

4. This Court, at the stage of FIR will not intervene in this matter.

5. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to move the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chhapra by way of filing a representation raising their defence and if such a representation is filed by the petitioners then the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chhapra will consider the representation of the petitioners and before filing of the final report, the representation of the petitioners must be disposed of and the defence of the petitioners must be examined by the police authorities concerned.
