The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that petitioner took Rs. 2,00,000/- from him on the pretext of providing job in Bokaro Steel Plant and also provided him a fake degree having registration no. 0831 of 2010.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The entire allegation is false and concocted. There is no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81571 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/3 mention of any date in the F.I.R. Admittedly, there is land dispute between the parties. There is no chit of paper which shows that petitioner has taken any money from the informant. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reasons, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the court below.

(ii) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the
