The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the Notice dated 13/03, issued by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Siwan in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 185/ 22-23, under Rule-13 (3) of Bihar Bhumi Dhakil Khasij Adhinium 2011 for cancellation of Jamabandi No. 13, registered in the name of Indrasan Rai, at Circle Andar, District-

Patna High Court CWJC No.645 of 2024(2) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 Siwan for the land appertaining to Khata No.- 232,Plot No. 1000, area 2 katha out of 1-10-8 acres at Mauza-Katwar, P.S. Asao, District-Siwan;

(ii) for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the Collector Siwan, not to disturb the peaceful possession of petitioner over the land appertaining to Khata No. 232 Plot No.

1000, area 2 katha at Mauza- Katwar, P.S.

Asao, District- Siwan;

(iii) to grant any other appropriate relief/reliefs as your Lordship may deem fit and proper for the end of justice.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be taking necessary steps pursuant to the notice issued.

4. Without making any observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
