2. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to delete sub-para(i) and (ii) of para 1 of the reliefs sought for in the present writ petition, in course of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.51 of 2025(2) dt.10-01-2025 2/3 day.
3. He is permitted to do so.
4. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought, inter alia, the following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:- "(i) Issuance of a writ in the nurture of mandamus and/ or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing and commanding the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in terms of the order dated 27.03.2019 passed in CWJC No. 985 of 2015 and analogous cases and CWJC No. 15299 of 2015 and analogous cases, order dated 19.11.2019 passed in CWJC No. 21063 of 2019 and order dated 20.07.2022 passed in CWJC No. 14 of 2022 and to make payment of arrear as well as current salary in the prescribed regular pay scale as per Rules and Regulations of the Government.
(ii) Issuance of a Writ in the nature of mandamus and/or any other Writ, order or direction directing and commanding the respondents to make payment of arrear as well as current salary in the prescribed regular Pay Scale for which the teaching and non- teaching employees of the petitioner's School is entitled to as per the Rules and Regulations of the Government."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner further submitted that in light of order dated 27.03.2019 passed in CWJC No.985 of 2015 and analogous cases, the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the Special Director, Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna (Respondent no.4).
6. Considering the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the Special Director (Respondent no.4) is directed to call for the service particulars of the petitioner, as
Patna High Court CWJC No.51 of 2025(2) dt.10-01-2025 3/3 well as, consider the case of the petitioner in light of the order dated 27.03.2019 passed in CWJC No.985 of 2015 and analogous cases, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
7. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merit of the case and maintainability of the writ petition.
8. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
