The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 616 of 2017 arising out of Supaul P.S. Case No. 356 of 2017 for the offenses punishable under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that several co-accused have been granted bail by coordinate bench of this Court. From the stamp report, it appears that Rahul Kumar has been granted bail by the order dated 18.08.2017 in CR.MISC No. 38328/2017, Ashlama Khatoon has been granted bail by the order dated 07.09.2017 in CR.MISC No. 41488/2017, Jangali Yadav @ Akhilesh Yadav was granted bail by the order dated 19.09.2017 in CR.MISC No. 45968/2017 and Anil Kumar @
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33526 of 2018(2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 Anil Kamat was granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this Court in CR.MISC No. 13804/2018.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. 2nd cum Special Judge Excise, Supaul, in connection with S.T.
