ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 18-06-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the District Magistrate, Siwan (Respondent No. 3) against the order of cancellation of the PDS license dated 02.11.2021 by the Sub Divisional Officer, Siwan. The present writ petition is disposed of directing the District Magistrate to dispose of the appeal if not already disposed of. In case the appeal is still pending, the Respondent No. 3 is directed to dispose of the same on merits as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt
