2. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State University Service Commission at the outset submits that he has received instruction in the matter for filing counter affidavit but then submits that in the nature of prayer
Patna High Court CWJC No.863 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/3 made in the writ application the relief cannot be granted to the petitioner for the reason that petitioner on his self assessment is claiming that he is entitled for 83 marks based on his certificates which he had submitted before the Commission for being considered for the post of Assistant Professor in Chemistry as the cut off for being called for interview in the subject of Chemistry is only 76 marks.

Learned Senior Counsel for the Bihar State University Service Commission further submits that from perusal of the pleadings made in the writ application, it would manifest that petitioner no doubt before the cut off date had submitted his online application including his experience certificate but then the experience certificate submitted by the petitioner was not in accordance with the terms of the advertisement as the same was not carrying the signature of the Registrar. Learned Senior Counsel next submits hence the hard copy of the online application which was submitted also did not carry the signature of the Registrar of the University on the experience certificate of the petitioner. Learned Senior Counsel also submits that after the cut off date, the petitioner has submitted his experience certificate carrying the signature of the Registrar of the University, as such, his experience certificate
Patna High Court CWJC No.863 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2025 3/3 rightly was not considered as the same was not submitted in terms of the advertisement.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is not in a position to rebut the submission of the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Commission.
5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the Court finds no merit in the writ application, as such, the writ application is dismissed.
