Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.25582(C) of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and they never assured the complainant for providing any Government Job in the State of Gujrat. As a matter of fact, the complainant had
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33130 of 2018 (2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 assured these petitioners to settle their land dispute and had asked for certain money but when these petitioners failed to provide money, complainant has falsely implicated these petitioners in the present case.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Priya Shekhar, J.M.1st Class, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.25582(C) of 2014 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
