Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that petitioner was allowed provisional bail by order dated 13.06.2018 with direction to file affidavit regarding completion of the work, for which allegation of defalcation of public money is there against the petitioner. Petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit stating therein that the remaining work has already been completed.
