The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Shahpur P.S. Case No.223 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that on 10.06.2019, petitioner and other family members attempted to kill informant, Alka Chaudhry. It is further alleged that petitioner has beaten her with stick and shown her knife.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no such occurrence has taken place at all. Earlier also, informant lodged a case of 498A I.P.C. against the petitioner. It is further submitted that no injury is found on the record. It is further submitted that petitioner always tried to keep informant with full dignity and respect.
