The present writ application is filed for the following reliefs:
"(i) For quash the letter no.1688 dated 16.10.2024 issued by the Block Development Officer-Cum-Member Secretary Block Teacher Employment Unit, Dumraon, whereby the respondents are directed to recover the money who is received by the petitioner by way of payment.
(ii) For also restrain to the respondents for further lodged the FIR against this petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.762 of 2025(2) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 due to earlier lodged the FIR against this petitioner as Buxar (Nagar) P.S. Case No.665/2023 against the same occurrence.
(iii) For grant any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is entitled."

Considering the aforesaid reliefs mentioned in the writ application, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority within four weeks and District Appellate Authority is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the parties within eight weeks thereafter.
