JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Neemachandpura P.S. Case No. 95 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a /26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.12.2017 and, as such, he has completed six months.

Considering the fact that that the petitioner has remained in custody for six months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Begusarai in connection with Neemachandpura P.S. case no. 95 of 2017.
