ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 22-01-2026 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of 'Admission' with the consent of both the counsels.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a suitable representation ventilating his grievance to the Respondent No. 4 however the Respondent No. 4 till date has not taken any action on the said representation. Learned counsel submits that a direction may be issued to the Respondent No. 4 to consider the said representation and take necessary action by fixing a timeframe.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20879 of 2025(2) dt.22-01-2026 2/2 respondent authority submits that the representation made by the petitioner do not have any endorsement of the officer having received the same. Learned counsel submits that if a fresh representation is given, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a suitable representation ventilating his grievance before the Respondent No. 4 within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being given received, the respondent No. 4 shall consider the same and take necessary action strictly in accordance with law. The authority shall endeavour to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
