Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 27/2017, arising out of Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 309 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8©/21B/27(A)/29 of N.D.P.S. Act.

Considering the allegation against petitioner of recovery of 500 gm of Brown Sugar (Heroine) and Rs. 1,05,800/- in cash from possession of petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of petitioner is hereby rejected in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 27/2017, arising out of Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 309 of 2017 pending in the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34398 of 2018 (5) dt.31-08-2018 2/2 of learned Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara .

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within one year from the date of receipt of this order.
