JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has remained in custody since 30.5.2009. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-1, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019.
